LELED Lighting warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If this product is determined to be defective, LELED will repair or replace the products, at its option. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use or modification, or to any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply.
The warranty is valid only if:
- The lighting products of LELED lighting have no manufacturing defects and material defects, Fit for intended use, For a period of 3 years from the date of invoice.
- Use of products in accordance with product specifications and user instructions (technical specifications).
- Do not exceed temperature and voltage limits, mechanical loads which do not comply with its intended use.
- The product is installed and assembled by professional technicians according to the product instructions.
- For products installed outdoors:
- The maximum temperature at night should not exceed 40°C, The minimum night temperature should not fall below -20°C.
- The maximum daytime temperature should not exceed 60°C when the product is closed.
- The product should be switched on and off daily, with an average of 4,000 hours of use per year, and in accordance with technical specifications and installation instructions.
- Any maintenance carried out on the product shall only be carried out by professional technicians in accordance with the product’s specifications.
- The customer shall provide the description and proof of the defect to LELED lighting Co.,ltd. in writing within 30 days of finding the defective product.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Product defects caused by unforeseen and unforeseeable events, i.e. accidental circumstances and/or force majeure (including electric shocks, lightning) that cannot be ascribed to a defective Product manufacturing process.
- Any extra costs resulting from the work required to repair the defect (e.g. the costs incurred to assemble/disassemble the Product or transport the defective/repaired/new Product as well as the expenses incurred for disposal, daily allowances, travel, lifting devices and scaffolding). Said costs shall be charged to the Customer.
- Any parts subject to wear and tear.
- The Warranty does not cover paintwork defects caused by contact with the ground, chemical substances, fertilizers, water containing corrosive agents and stray electrical currents.
- This Warranty does not apply to Light Management Systems.
- This Warranty is valid for the purchase of Products invoiced from the date indicated below on which it becomes legally effective, LELED lighting reserves the right to amend this Guarantee at its discretion and at any time.
Warranty method for products within warranty period
To solve the quality pro blem in warranty period as below:
- Large and heavy products (such as LED wall washer, led flood lights, LED projector light, LED underground light, LED underwater light);
- The defect product should be clearly the responsible; Send back one defect sample to LELED, the transportation cost will paid by customer first, as the responsible is not clearly right now.
- After we checked the defect sample, and confirm the damage is make by LELED, LELED will repair for free and pay the transportation cost (from customer to LELED). After LELED finished the repairing, and send back to customer, the transportation cost (LELED to customer) should be paid by customer.
- After we checked the defect sample, and confirm the damage due to improper operation or maintenance by customer, that LELED will repair, the transportation cost is paid by customer.
- If the damage is not in the warranty period, customer should pay the transportation and maintenance charge.
- Small and light products (such as LED strip, LED downlight, LED driver)
As the prics is cheaper for the small and light products, and the transportation is higher than the lamp, LELED will send the new products to customer for replacement, but customers must provide relevant evidence to prove the quality of light is the quality problem by LELED. Also the transportation cost is paid by customer.
- If customer know the defects of the products and understand how to repair, just need some accessories, LELED can offer the accessories to customer repair by themselves, so that can save the time and the transportation cost.
